You will work closely with the team to manage day-to-day operations of client accounts, execute tactics and produce deliverables as specified in client programs.
Program Coordinator
Key responsibilities for this role include day-to-day support to the team and client by researching new media outlets and influencer channels, scouting industry trends, building targeted media and influencer lists, supporting social media creation and management efforts, overseeing and coordinating sampling for clients, and merchandising your team’s success to clients through daily and monthly reporting. This role works with a supportive team that will depend upon and guide you to execute the fundamental account tasks you’ll be leading.
This is a full-time, hybrid position in the Richmond, VA, Boston, MA or Hartford, CT areas. Flexible work arrangements available.
Account Executive
The Account Executive is a great opportunity for someone hungry to learn from and contribute to an independent strategic communications, marketing and public relations agency. You will work closely with the team to manage day-to-day operations of client accounts, execute tactics and produce deliverables as specified in client programs. The person in this role is passionate about media relations, storytelling and writing, with an eagerness to jump in and help however they can. Account Manager
Key responsibilities for this role include working closely with the senior team to manage day-to-day operations of client accounts, provide sound counsel and recommendations to clients, execute tactics and produce deliverables as specified in client programs.
An Account Manager drives media coverage for our clients; writes compelling content that reflects the clients’ voice and messaging; and participates in new business research, development and presentations. Account Managers are strategic thinkers, contributing high impact ideas to plans and programs. An Account Manager manages, mentors and coaches junior team members. Account Managers participate in agency marketing, social media efforts, new services/offerings and day-to-day operations of the agency. Additionally, Account Managers have a growth mindset and actively seek opportunities to expand their skills, thinking, professional acumen, and, ultimately, their career.

Senior Account Executive
The Finance Associate will play a central role in developing and managing our finance operations. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and working closely with the Office Manager, they will have the responsibility of managing and executing the day-to-day financial transactions of the business. This position offers the opportunity to establish and implement financial policies and procedures. The Financial Associate is passionate about numbers and a self-starter; they relish the chance to try new things in a testing ground like Wireside and are excited to exercise their ingenuity to solve problems.
This is a hybrid position in the Boston, MA area. We are open to part-time or full-time. Flexible work arrangements are available.
Account Director
Key responsibilities for this role include partnering with the senior team to oversee day-to-day operations of client accounts, provide sound counsel and recommendations to clients, execute tactics and produce deliverables as specified in client programs. An Account Director will ultimately manage/run multiple medium-budget accounts reporting into a senior team member. Managing/running an account includes the overall success of the account, including owning the client relationship, ensuring high-quality service and results, coaching and training team members, forecasting and budgeting, and upselling projects and/or retainers.
Account Directors are strategic thinkers, contributing high-impact ideas to plans and programs. Responsible for managing the overall quality on projects and accounts, as well as adherence to budgets. Manages, mentors and coaches junior team members. An Account Director drives media coverage for clients; writes compelling content that reflects the clients’ voice and messaging; and plays an active role in new business development and presentation. Account Directors participate in agency marketing, new business efforts, social media, new services/offerings and day -to-day operations of the agency. Additionally, Account Directors have a growth mindset and actively seek opportunities to expand their skills, thinking, professional acumen, and ultimately, their career.
